Non-Profit shirt created to donate funds to Butte County and Camp Fire Relief. The back art used on the shirt is the almond tree flower, which is the staple crop of Butte County and has a beautiful blooming during the spring. Additionally, the quote "Land of Natural Wealth and Beauty" is the county's slogan.
The wildfire that occurred in Butte County was caused by two factors. The lack of safety measures set in place by the electric company, and global warming. The conversations that can occur from the shirt are conversations on holding high corporations accountable for their wrong-doings and not allow them to get away with causing disasters. Additionally, a conversation on what we can do to flatten and dip the curve of the environmental crisis we foresee.
Donated $500 to the Butte County Fire Relief Fund.
